“Too often, spirituality is identified almost exclusively with specific religious practices or traditions, but not integrated into everyday living, The societal, cultural and church events of the 20th century created a sea-change with profound implications for spirituality today.”  


How do we ACCESS God?

How DO we make time for God in our day to day lives?  

How do we nurture the MOST important  relationship in our lives while tending to the other relationships and  responsibilities in our lives?

Explore Mindfulness, Meditation and Contemplation as avenues to communicate with God.

Sessions: Wednesdays of April 6,  May 11 and June 1 from 10-11:30 a.m. or 6:30-8 p.m. The donation is $10 for each class or $25 all three..


One and one-half Religious Education certification hours approved for each session. Preregistration is appreciated. Call 330-799-4941.
